our statements

church attendance

Life Fellowship Church will grow to an active attendance of at least 10,000 in 10 locations by encouraging personal discipleship for individual growth in righteous living for God and His Kingdom.

Ministry Staff

Life Fellowship Church will have an anointed, well-trained ministry staff to lead, equip and minister to the congregation as well as reach out to our community, nation, and world.

Leadership University

Our mission is to raise up the next generation of ministry leaders. We will combine rigorous academic curriculum with practical, hands-on ministry training while working alongside today’s top church leaders. Leadership University prepares students to become the leaders of tomorrow by training students holistically in academic instruction, character formation and ministry training. Our vision is that students will graduate debt-free – educated, equipped, and empowered to expand the Kingdom of God in a complex and changing world.

Vision and Values

Life Fellowship Church will always strive to hear, serve, and obey God. We will maintain an attitude and atmosphere prepared for God’s work. The Senior Pastor will establish vision with the confirmation of the Eldership and be responsible to monitor the implementation of the vision and value􀄛 which represent God and the Eider’s in the conduct of ministry.

Establish and Maintain Relational Oversight

Life Fellowship has a heart to be connected to the fellowship of the Assemblies of God. We desire this relational input, and we will be accountable through committed relationships.

Community of Faith and Connection

We will encourage an authentic community of faith by building an atmosphere of family and relationship. We will provide facilities and activities that produce involvement and connection for the families of Life Fellowship and our community.

worship ministries

Worship Ministry

Life Fellowship Church will seek to provide leadership to the body of Christ in praise and worship. We will excel in writing, recording, producing, and distributing music that encourages, edifies, and exhorts individual believers and ministers to the heart of God.

Our music ministry will also seek to identify, train, and release musical giftings within the congregation for the edification of the body.

We will provide world class worship experiences to the congregation that will minister to their hearts and the heart of God as well as train them in praise and worship.

Our facilities will be designed for Christian cultural events featuring music, drama, and the arts which will minister to the congregation and serve as an outreach to the community.

Production Services

Our production services department will grow to excel at all in-house projects. We will produce video for the auditorium that makes an impression on the congregation to educate, inform and inspire people to get involved and make a difference with their life. We will have live video production capabilities, which will be state of the art.

We will produce videos that make a deep lasting impression on the people who watch them. We will produce videos that will be written on the hearts of the people so that not only will they remember what we are presenting, they won’t be able to stop thinking about it.

We will have the capability of producing videos for every single department that will assist in everything from teaching classes, to being able to produce creative content that will impact the imagination of children so that when the pressures of life come, they can confidently make the right decisions.

Tech Arts

We will serve the body of Christ by giving them the best audio, lighting, and video projection services possible. We will seek to grow as a ministry, not only in skill, but in our servant leadership. We will train and equip engineers to serve in the body. Our technical arts ministry will also record worship albums, sermons, and teachings that will strengthen and encourage the lives of believers.

pastoral ministries

LifeGroup Ministry

The corporate body of Life Fellowship Church will meet in LifeGroups for ministry, equipping, and relational connection. The number of groups and involvement within these groups will grow to incorporate the majority of the congregation on a weekly basis. We recognize the increasing time demands associated with the pace of life among our people, so our primary focus is for people to be involved in the weekend services with the deeper relational community demonstrated through involvement and participation in LifeGroups. While we believe all the ministries offered by the church will benefit our people for development in Christ. The weekend services, and UfeGroups, form the foundation for involvement and ministry within life Fellowship

Men's and Women's Groups

We will provide ministry specific to the needs of both men and women through our LifeGroups. At special times we will gather men and women in events and retreats to provide growth opportunity by connecting them to accountable relationships in the authentic community offered in lifeGroups.

Marketplace Ministry

We will train men and women to be spirit-filled servant-leaders who use their talents in the marketplace for God’s glory. Through their skill and influence they will influence, Christcentered values into their profession. In so doing, they will establish an ethical foundation in the business community and bring a profound and powerful impact on local and global commerce.

We will present the Gospel in ways that are attractive and relevant to the local business community. We will be a source of encouragement to individuals involved in the business, educational and governmental workplace. We will teach the core values of stewardship and the Kingdom of God in terms the business community find useful and can use and relate to.

LifeGroups will be a major focus Marketplace Ministry. We will also have larger gatherings at business breakfasts/lunches. Christian business leaders and experts will teach, encourage, and equip marketplace workers in all areas of business and professional development.

Beyond live events, Life Fellowship will use cutting-edge media to get the best training resources available anywhere on a wide range of business and professional development topics to Christian Business leaders for use in their businesses.

Student Ministry

We will help students discover their purpose, equip them to fulfill that purpose, and release them to be effective ministers for God. We will grow through friendship evangelism and community outreach by connecting students in relationships through our weekty student gathering and LifeGroups. We will minister to both youth and their parents through seminars, resources, special services, and events aimed at strengthening the family unit. We will mentor and release healthy youth pastors through our Leadership University program. We will design facilities to be attractive to youth. Through these facilities we will pursue the heart of every teenager in our community and as far beyond as God will allow.

We will raise up a generation of young adults poised to activate their faith as they enter adulthood. Our goal is to equip them to fulfill purpose, deepen faith, and dispense hope into the communities and marketplaces God leads them.

Children's Ministry

Life Fellowship Church will minister to children in a manner that is fun and informative about God and His love through Children’s services, LifeGroups and personal ministry. We will also be active in our parent training, supporting, and equipping ministry. Our children’s ministry staff will be actively involved in counseling parents and ministering reconciliation to families.

Lionheart Children's Academy

We will offer a Lionheart Children’s Academy for the families at multiple Life Fellowship Church campuses. It will be a service and outreach to the families of our church, single parents, and the communities surrounding our campuses. Our goal is to instill the principles of the Word of God in children, see 20% – 25% of the families enrolled attend Life Fellowship and produce a revenue stream that will fund ministry.

Biblical Counseling

Life Fellowship Church will offer Biblical counseling to meet the needs of individuals seeking help. This counseling will include pastoral, volunteer lay counseling and referral to Christian professional counseling. Our Biblical counseling will support our commitment to LifeGroups as it provides and oversees support groups and establishes training environments. Through this ministry we will help individuals seek the comfort and companionship from people who can sympathize with their situation as well as support them through the process of healing and restoration. This ministry will support and encourage individuals to find active participation in LifeGroups.

Freedom Track

We offer Freedom groups to equip all believers (new and mature) to experience the victorious and abundant life Christ came to give us. Freedom is built upon a proven two-step process, (1) Freedom and (2) Free Indeed. Involvement in these groups will help believers to remove every obstacle to intimacy with God and walk in true freedom. We believe every Christ follower should go through the Freedom Track.

Evangelism

Life Fellowship Church will inspire and equip our congregation in evangelism. Our goal is to create an evangelistic “net” to introduce the unsaved to Jesus through events, special ministries, and personal evangelism. We will also implement a digital strategy to meet the felt needs of our communities. i.e. Grief, Divorce, Parenting, Financial, Stress, Anxiety, Addiction, Relationships. As we meet these needs, our strategy is to tie them into the community of Life Fellowship.

Prayer Ministry

Life Fellowship Church will have an organized prayer ministry that will function as a foundational church ministry. This ministry will train and equip believers to pray as well as provide a corporate time of prayer for the staff and congregation. The prayer ministry will include a prayer chain and personal prayer for those in need through times at the altar. We will also have a dynamic intercessory prayer ministry that will offer constant prayer for those in need. We will offer a prayer retreat opportunity for individuals and focused groups who have a heart to separate themselves for the purpose of seeking God in prayer and fasting.

outreach ministries

Pastoral Care

Life Fellowship will seek to meet the needs of those in distress, beginning with our own congregation and extending to our city, nation and world. Our Pastoral Care will include financial and practical assistance to those in need. We will minister through counseling and hospital visitation to those who are sick or emotionally distressed. We will provide close personal care to families who have lost loved ones as well as assistance and care to widows and single parents. We will multiply ourselves by leveraging LifeGroups to offer support to those in need of Pastoral Care and personal ministry.

Missions Ministry

We will develop a mission’s ministry who’s heart and passion is to help bring worldwide missions to a higher level of effectiveness. We will identify and invest in missionaries and ministries that will yield the best return for the kingdom. We will bring them to Life Fellowship to bless them and we will go to them. We will hold regional training meetings in various countries.

Our approach is to be involved, on the ground, in the country, making assessments of the various ministries that we are investing in. This will involve sending teams for determining how we can more effectively produce positive change for the Lord in the country through a particular mission’s ministry.

We will develop a heart for missions in our congregation by offering frequent mission trip opportunities that will allow many of our children, youth, and adults to participate in life changing ministry opportunities.

We will develop vision for missions within the congregation through ongoing education in LifeGroups related to reaching the nations, and annual missions emphasis weeks. We desire to train and send members from our congregation to the mission field.

Church Planting and Oversight

We will plant and oversee churches. We will train, motivate, encourage and equip pastors for the work of the ministry. We will give ongoing oversight and training to the churches we work with as we pursue the goal of planting spiritually alive, Biblically healthy, Spirit-filled churches in communities as the Holy Spirit leads us.

Life Fellowship Church Five Year Goals

2023-2027

growth projections

Our goals establish our heading, our direction. While they in themselves do not determine our success or failure as a ministry, they set the course and our decisions and investments are based upon our unquenchable desire to see them fulfilled.
• Most current church organizations indicate that average church attendance is declining and reaching an average of 18 families. However, Life Fellowship grew last year by a staggering 51% and is continuing its upward trend.
• While it is impossible to accurately predict the precise future of any church, we believe Life Fellowship has numerous patterns/factors that will contribute to a highly successful church with continued growth. The patterns include the following:
1. A very large committed and fully engaged staff of leaders and volunteers.
2. A Pastoral team with a very successful track record in church growth.
3. A robust financial resource base, insuring excellence in ministry, state of the art facilities, and great advertising.
According to our growth projections, a strongly supported church with a new facility with ongoing effective ministry and a preschool will see at minimum 36% growth each year for the first 2-3 years or until facility capacity is reached.
